Return Process

Need to return an item?

Please contact us at support@percy-cotswold.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once your return request has been approved, you'll return your order to our warehouse.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We accept exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our support team at support@percy-cotswold.com to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address for our warehouse. Items must be in original condition. Once we receive your original item, your exchange will be processed and shipped.
